This stage helps a person stop perceiving themselves as a victim of circumstances and take on the role of conscious observer of their own reality. It helps you understand that the outer environment is simply a reflection of the inner world. Ideal for those seeking to understand the origin of their life patterns.
The training unfolds in two clearly differentiated and consecutive moments, each with a specific purpose within the participant's preparation process.
Personal Mastery: the participant works on themselves. Focused exclusively on self-knowledge, introspection and personal transformation. Can be taken independently, without requiring continuation toward Specialist training.
Specialization Training: the participant learns to guide others. Theoretical foundations, analysis tools, application protocols and communication skills, with practice, simulations and supervision.
Upon graduating, the student has the full institutional backing of INISCH. Additionally, they may opt for the Official SEP-CONOCER Certification under Competency Standard EC1375, with a credential verifiable at RENAP, as well as the Hague Apostille, with legal validity in more than 120 countries.
Prepares Self-Knowledge Specialists to teach, facilitate training processes, lead groups and develop their own educational projects under the SCH methodology, with an interdisciplinary theoretical foundation and pedagogical, communication and professional tools.
Upon completion, the instructor may —optionally and subject to current requirements— pursue registration as an External Training Agent before Mexico's STPS, allowing them to issue DC-3 certificates to their participants.
A specialized course on guidelines and formats for the DC-3 process before the STPS (Mexico's Ministry of Labor). Duration: 8 hours. Cost is independent of Stage 3.
No. Stage 1 is open to the general public and requires no prior studies, knowledge or training. Only commitment to the process of personal transformation is asked.
No. Stage 1 can be taken independently. Even the first half of Stage 2 (Personal Mastery) can be taken as a personal development process without continuing toward Specialist certification.
No, it's optional and independent of the training cost. You can complete Stage 2 with INISCH's institutional backing and decide later whether to pursue official certification.
It depends on the stage. Stage 1 is offered in both formats. Stages 2 and 3 combine weekly online sessions with an intensive in-person practice weekend.
